Welcome to envbee. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, application, SDKs, and any related products (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

envbee is a configuration management platform designed to simplify and secure application configuration workflows. It provides a centralized dashboard, secure storage, multi-environment support, open-source SDKs, encryption, RBAC, offline support, and seamless integration for modern development environments.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

By becoming a client of envbee, you grant envbee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your company name and logo in envbee’s marketing materials, including but not limited to envbee’s website, presentations, and social media channels, solely for the purpose of showcasing references and customer endorsements.
If you do not wish to have your name or logo used in this manner, you may opt out at any time by contacting envbee at [contact@envbee.com]. Upon receiving such a request, envbee will remove your company’s name and logo from its marketing materials within a reasonable timeframe.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. While we make every effort to ensure the Service is available, uninterrupted, and error-free, we do not guarantee that it will always be free of defects or interruptions. We strive to use the best industry standards and practices to minimize any service disruptions or errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, envbee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and, if applicable, the laws of the state in which envbee LLC is ultimately registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
